Cave Waterfall
The Cachoeira da Gruta is in the Solar da Imperatriz-Parque Lage section of the Transcarioca Trail. A good option to cool off during the tour, the waterfall is located in the stretch between Jequitibá and Paineiras.
The only waterfall in the Tijuca Forest that has its waterfall inside a cave. It has many stones that end up becoming resting places around the waterfall.
Waterfall in a very different place and with little water, more to cool off and enjoy the beautiful landscape around.
