The Tubarão Museum in Fernando de Noronha is a great choice to visit with family, friends and learn more about the fearsome shark, knowing more about the way of life of this feared fish

 

There is a restaurant with a wonderful view, where various dishes are served, but the main attraction is the tubalhau dumpling - made with cassava and shark meat,  Fernando de Noronha's trademark._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

The Museum has sculptures outside the enclosure, perfect for outdoor photographs, and a shop to possibly take a souvenir and inside the museum the tourist can see illustrative images and information about sharks giving the visitor a special touch.

It is possible to observe small sharks on the shore, right in front of the museum, as soon as the tide is high.

Close by is the Buraco da Raquel lookout from where you can see the sharks and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

 

Close to the museum, there are attractions that will make you want to visit, such as the Shark Cove, the Chapel of São Pedro dos Pecadores and the Ruins of the Fort of Santo Antônio.

It is worth a walk around the region, be prepared to stay for hours in the vicinity, as the place ends up asking for it.
